Order Processing and Shipping

  • Free standard ground shipping within the continental USA on all orders of $100 USD or more.
  • For all orders under $100 USD there will be a flat rate charged of $10 for standard ground shipping within the continental USA. 
  • If needed, Express shipping (2-4 business days) will include an additional fee for both post and weight that will be added at time of cart check out before final processing of your order.
  • Due to volume of orders, it can take 3-6 business days for your items to process and ship via standard ground shipping.
  • Tracking information will be sent to your email once your item has shipped from our warehouse.
  • It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. While your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours.
  • We can deliver to PO boxes if there is a service available in the area via our shipper. If there is a problem, we will contact you before shipping.

Return Policy

  • Please contact us via email for a pre-paid return authorization form at customercare@birdiebalou.com 
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from original purchase date. 
  • All products being returned must be in original packaging, with tags still be attached.
  • Items may not be used, worn, or soiled. 
  • Once the return is received and accepted, a refund will automatically return to the original form of payment that was used to purchase, minus a return process fee of $7.50  
  • Typically, refunds take 2-3 business days after we receive, and process through our warehouse.
  • All clearance items are final sale – sorry, no returns.
